Our passion for delivering the highest quality HVAC, building energy management, electrical and plumbing solutions create safe, comfortable and energy-efficient living and working environments. Located just off the M50 at Clondalkin, Tempar provides services across Ireland.

Tempar was established in 1982 by Damien Parlour. For more than 40 years, the company has delivered trusted solutions for air-conditioning, heating and ventilation (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and water services to home and building owners. Today, Tempar remains fully Irish owned, continuing the Parlour-family tradition for exceptional service and capabilities that give customers complete peace-of-mind.

Quality assurance

Tempar’s experienced team members hold all the relevant certifications and registrations, including REQI/Safe Electric, F-Gas and RGI, that are required to operate in their field. We also subscribe to the CIRI program, ensuring our team benefits from a comprehensive and ongoing training and development matrix. We are a member of ISME, the independent association for Irish SMEs, and also hold membership with the Construction Industry Federation. Tempar is registered with the SEAI for energy grants and upgrades, providing seamless retrofit solutions for homes and buildings.

Community and Sustainability

For more than 40 years, Tempar has played an active role in its local community. Today, we support a variety of local organisations and initiatives, from local sports clubs including Shamrock Rovers Football Academy, Notre Dame Basketball to the Simon Community and Trocaire. We are also passionate about making a meaningful contribution to lowering our carbon footprint through rewilding. As a member of Mossy Earth’s rewilding and reforestation program, Tempar is proud to play a part in the restoration of wild ecosystems, planting native trees and delivering high impact rewilding projects.
